ED2-400-01 Series SkidWeigh Kit - Operation and Installation

The unit of measurement for the vehicle under utilisation factor is the software algorithm and onboard calculations expressing driving loaded, unloaded, lift times, number of lifts, specific events and the load weight values against the lift truck operator presence time. The current status of the vehicle utilisation is shown to the lift truck operator all the time. Visual pre-warning to the operator is also shown on LED display as a time out in seconds when vehicle utilisation is getting close to the under utilisation factor value.

Every time a skid load is picked up the increase in the hydraulic pressure in vehicle lifting circuit will automatically activate the “weighing cycle at sample rate of 1,600 readings per second” and convert it to a load weight measurement that is visually presented to the operator via a five digit large display.

The ED2-400-01 Series SkidWeigh system can be easily installed and calibrated by a local lift truck dealer technician or the end user’s lift truck mechanic.
