On January 13, 2011, Heli held a grand ceremony for beginning the second phase of Industrial Truck South Base (Hengyang).

With celebration crackers, the opening ceremony started under the presiding of Liu Lunce, the leader from Hengyang Municipal Party Committee. Distinguished leaders and guests attended the ceremony, including Zhang Dejin, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Heli Group; Yang An’guo, General Manager of Heli; Zhang Yingquan, General Manager of Hengyang Heli; Li Jindong, Deputy Secretary of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee; Duan Zhigang, Standing Committee Member of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Hengyang; and Senior Colonel Hu Zhixi, military representative of Changsha Representative Strategic Missile Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in Changsha. Besides, the leaders from the General Office of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee, Hengyang Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Hengyang Municipal Economic Commission, Baishazhou Management and Administration Committee as well as the superiors from companies such as Omron, ASIMCO, Gongchuang and Xingma took part in the ceremony too.

Yang An’guo, General Manager of Heli Group conducted an address on the ceremony. He firstly confirmed the accomplishments gained of Hengyang Heli in the past year and praised the rapid growth of Hengyang Heli. Looking forward to the twelfth five-year plan, Mr. Yang encouraged the staff in Hengyang Heli to catch the opportunity taken by the investment and technological reform in the second phase construction, altering the concerns and supports from Hengyang Municipal Government to the power and resolution for better and faster development in the future. He put forward that all the staff should continue to make their efforts to grasp the opportunities of fastening development pace in the aims of writing a new page for establishing a new Heli, marching toward World Top 5 Forklift Manufacuturers.

In his passionate speech on the ceremony, Duan Zhigang, Standing Committee Member of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Hengyang showed his gratefulness to the investment of Anhui Forklift Group in these years and congratulated for the achievements of Hengyang Heli Base after the first phase construction. When prospecting the brilliant future of the second phase project, Mr. Duan hoped that Hengyang Heli could make more and greater contribution to Anhui Forklift Group and also to the economic and social development in Hengyang.

As Li Jindong, Deputy Secretary of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee announced that Heli Industrial Vehicle South Base (Hengyang) second phase project started construction, the ceremony site was reverberated with applause and crackers.

After the leaders and superiors laid foundation for the second phase project, the opening ceremony successfully ended with the Song of HELI.
