Forklift truck and warehouse equipment manufacturer Linde has opened a refurbishment centre for used forklift trucks at its operation in Bristol.

This new facility will service Southern England and the South Wales area.

Employing four specialist engineers, this centre will be responsible for the annual refurbishment of more than 250 used trucks.

Mark Sullivan, head of used and rental at Linde, said: “As companies come under increasing pressure to streamline operations and cut costs, we are seeing a growing trend in the number of our customers looking to invest in mixed fleets, of new and used forklift trucks, in order to maximise their return on investment.
