Chaintec, one of the UK's leading leaf chain supplier servicing the fork lift truck replacement market, has set up a separate division to supply replacement chain to the UK tailift market across the UK.

During its 20 years' experience of supplying the forklift market, Chaintec has built a reputation for supplying the ‘right chain, first time’. Chaintec’s tailifts division now supplies ‘like-for-like’ replacement chain for tailift units from all the major manufacturers, including Ross and Bonnyman, Ratcliffe Palfinger and Del.

All Chaintec chains are manufactured to BS and ISO standards and come complete with a chain test certificate and are supplied at significant savings compared to manufacturers' standard prices.

David Hassan, managing director at Chaintec, explains how the new division came into existence: “Our decision to service the tailift market, and diversify our marketplace, has been triggered by clients from within the tailift sector. Existing customers have seen how, by using our products and services, they can reduce maintenance costs on their forklift units, and they have asked us to provide the same service for their tailifts.”

Chaintec’s tailift chains will be on show on stand 20G20 at the IMHX 2010 exhibition (www.imhx.biz) from Tuesday 16th to Friday 19th November 2010, being held at the N.E.C in Birmingham, UK.

Chaintec’s existing reputation for service will be carried through into the new division. Chaintec offers next-day delivery across the UK on orders placed before 4pm, and two-day delivery across Europe.
