In no more than two years after the acquisition of former Hu’nan Forklift Plant, Zhejiang Jinxing Group has invested RMB 120 million Yuan to renovate the plant with area over 90 Mu. Now named as Hu’nan Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd., the plant is in operation in an all round way. The company focuses on technical innovation and is getting a bigger market share.

Located in Dongyang Industrial Park, Zhuhui District, Hengyang city, Hu’nan Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd. attracts the attention of their customers and partnership by the newly built-up standardized workshops and modernized R&D center building. The plant area is more than 90 Mu, large enough for the forklift production lines while making a spacious working condition for the workers. Holding the tenet of leading the forklift market in Hu’nan to become a famous brand in national area, Hu’nan Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd. has launched various products with sales spread all over the country.  

Hu’nan Forklift Plant was formerly a state-owned famous enterprise in Hengyang, which once was forced to stop production and faced with bankruptcy. In 2008, the plant was acquired by Zhejiang Jinxing Group at the auction price of RMB 54.5 million Yuan. In the July of 2008, the renovated plant formally broke the ground in Dongyang Industrial Park, while the first phase of the project construction was completed in the fourth quarter of 2009 and the new plant was put into operation since then.

Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd. has rearranged 70% of the former employees and also introduced lots of professional talents specialized in forklift manufacturing technologies from all round China. Moreover, the company upgraded the production equipment by making use of vertical machining center from Taiwan and bringing high-tech equipments such as three-coordinate measuring machine from USA and tool presetting and measuring machine from Italy, which devised the newly-built workshop with advanced production techniques at international level. In June, 2010, Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd. put forward self-designed 1.5 ton battery forklift and successfully passed the field trial. The new forklift won high praises on the International Brand Forklift & Accessories Exhibition held in Guangzhou, China, bringing a number of purchase orders for the company.

The knockout products of former Hu’nan Forklift Plant were large tonnage forklifts, however, the largest loading capacity of the forklift was no more than 5 ton. Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd. has successfully self-developed forklifts with capacity of 10 ton. Such heavy duty forklifts will rapidly occupy the special forklift market with high quality, reliability and durability.

Nowadays, Jinxing Forklift Co., Ltd. possesses first-class products. Relying on the powerful technical strength, Jinxing branded forklifts have stood steadily on domestic forklift market.
