On January 18^th, 2010, Zhejiang Aichi Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. held a grand opening ceremony in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Zhejiang Province.  

80 guests including Vice Mayor of Hangzhou Tong Jiali, Director of Management Committee of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Sheng Chengmin, Chairman of the Board of Aichi Japan Corporation and President of Aichi Japan Corporation attended the opening ceremony.

There were also leaders from relative department attending the opening ceremony, including Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Office in Hangzhou Xie Chongming, Deputy Director of Hangzhou Bureau of Foreign Trade & Economy Lin Ge, Deputy Director of Xiasha Management Committee Feng Guoming and Zhang Xuening. The supervisors from Zhejiang Aichi Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. and representatives of the guests on the ceremony cut the ribbons together for the opening of the new company.

Zhejiang Aichi Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. was located in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Zhejiang Province. With total investment of 45 million dollars and land area of 50, 000 square meters, Zhejiang Aichi Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. was expected to produce 300 sets of aerial work platforms in 2010 as a whole and the first aerial work platform had been successfully launched on January 14^th, 2010.

On the ceremony, Zhejiang Aichi Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. unclosed the curtain of the first aerial work platform to all the guests. This aerial work platform was a sign of Aichi machinery’s entrance to Chinese market.
