On Dec. 29^th, 2008, Shandong Province held Foreign Trade Working Meeting in Ji’nan. The conference reaffirmed the spirits on the Central Economy Conference, National Commercial Working Meeting and Shandong Economy Working Meeting, analyzed the situation that foreign trade faced in an all round way, concluded the work in 2008 and made specific arrangements of tasks in 2009. Vice Governor of Shandong Province Cai Limin showed his affirmation on the foreign trade work of Shandong in 2008, and put forward the requirements in 2009.

In order to inspire the spirits of the foreign trade enterprises to be more confident and to enhance foreign capital quality so as to strengthen the international competitive force and make more contribution to open new situation of foreign trade and fasten the economic construction. The meeting also gave commendations to 120 advanced foreign trade enterprises, among which Doosan won the honorable title of Shandong Foreign Trade Outstanding Enterprise.
