The successful EXV high lift stacker series from STILL is extended by two additional models. Beside the agile EXV 10 Basic (single mast) with a load capacity of
The EXV series with its modern and functional design is best suitable for operation at service providers, retailers and in industrial operations. The new models increase turnover performance when stacking in narrow areas or when order picking, e.g. in the goods reception, in the production or in the warehouse. All EXV have a capsulated three-phase (AC) drive for operation in dusty or humid environments.

The Eco-mode saves energy and allows safe transport of fragile goods (glass, fruit, vegetables).
Warehouse workers can use the EXV as a lift platform. When order picking or repacking palleted goods they can easily adjust the platform to the ergonomically correct working height.
The buttons on the tiller are arranged symmetrically the fibreglass-enforced polyamide tiller head and are easy to reach. Right-handed and left-handed operators alike can lift and lower the forks sensitively. To increase safety the maximum drive speed depends on the tiller angle (OPTISPEED 3.0). The steeper the position of the tiller, the slower the stacker will move. When the drive switch is released the EXV stops and set the brakes automatically on slopes and can move-on without rolling back.
The sturdy and stabile mast of the EXV 12 i lifts the nominal load up to
The EXV offers maximum comfort and facilitates work, for example with its standard storage compartments for tools and documents, bottles and pens. A diagnostic interface and the direct access to all components allow quick servicing.
Altogether the new EXVs are silent, agile, safe and sound.
