Wecan CPD20C counterbalanced battery forklift recently passed the testing and examination. The battery-powered 2-ton forklift was launched and rolled off by Shandong Guangming Machinery Co., Ltd. in July. As the forklift series was basically accordance with the requirements of original design in terms of modification and testing of relevant parameters, CPD20C successfully passed the prototype examination after 18-day’s enhancement test in compliance with JB/T3300-92 testing methods for counterbalanced forklifts. The successful development of CPD20C forklift injected new blood into Guangming’s product category.

The new product applied DC series lifting motor with high performance, effectively improving the lifting speed of free load and operation efficiency of the vehicle. Advanced fully-hydraulic steering technology worked better in energy saving. CPD20C forklift was also featured by state-of-art man-machine design, more comfortable operation, adjustable seat position and steering wheel angle as well as clear, simple and reliable instrumentation information. The battery was optional to equip with large volume according to the operation time of users while the driving motor was horizontally installed rather than vertically so that the battery stayed at the bottom of the chassis and the forklift realized to be more reliable in stability and higher in operational efficiency.

Through experiment and use in the application, the examination team regarded the prototype was stable in quality, mature in technology, reliable in performance and graceful in appearance, which would become the first choice for indoor material handling with certain market competition.
