As the longest and highest capacity crane in the Hiab stable, the new XS 1055 delivers increased profitability to customers loading hard to reach materials. Unmatched in the industry today, the weight/capacity ratio of the XS 1055 pushes the boundaries of load handling as we know it.

Based on the hugely successful HIAB XS 800, and in response to customer demand, it reaches a lifting height of over 30 metres when combining the E-8 model with a Jib 145X. Yet minimal installation space is required compared to competitor cranes in a similar capacity class.

Delivering increased efficiency and profitability is its function, but the HIAB XS 1055 looks after our environment and our pockets too! Boasting an exceptional energy balance, it promises reduced fuel consumption, less contamination and significant cost savings to boot.

Other outstanding features include new soft-seal couplings, approved for use up to 40MPa. A new regenerative Load Holding Valve (LHV), a combined hose-failure and load-holding valve which is mounted on to the cylinder, also features. The combined benefit is an expertly enhanced work speed with significantly higher productivity.
