As part of the global restructure the Fantuzzi Group have decided to offer its product directly to the market place.

In an effort to expand its regional sales the Fantuzzi Group is now offering its full range of products including the NOELL range of straddle carriers directly to the end user.

Traditionally Fantuzzi has utilised various dealer networks within the region with varying levels of success. As part of the company restructure the decision was made in November last year that the group is now in a position to better support its products.

After Sales Support Manager Peter Tidyman says with the revamped stock holdings and new on line spare parts system our parts support has improved immensely.

Tony Binnington has also joined our team earlier this year. Tony has been involved with the Fantuzzi product for over 15 years and can assist customers with choosing the right equipment for their environment.

With the numerous options available on the Fantuzzi product it is important to have a team of people that not only understands our product but has a good understanding of the customers business and their day to day requirements and expectations they have of the equipment they purchase.

Michael Kidd from the Fantuzzi Group says Fantuzzi is recognised as a world leader not only in the manufacture but support of portainer equipment globally. It is our intention to bring the same level of support to our region.

Specialised Containers have recently been appointed as our New Zealand agent. With their years of experience operating and maintaining this type of equipment and their industry knowledge we are confident our expansion into New Zealand can proceed.

With world wide demand for the Fantuzzi product at an all time high delivery schedules have been extended. Stock units for our region are on order to help reduce delivery times and help people meet there production deadlines.

Moving forward the future for the Fantuzzi Group in the Australasian region is very strong. With increased sales figures and the potential to almost double our market share we continue to move from strength to strength.
