AUSA consolidates its presence in the African continent through collaboration with BOBCAT SOUTH AFRICA, a well established South African distributor.

For over a year, BOBCAT SOUTH AFRICA has been the official distributor for AUSA in South Africa. A well-known and long established distributor for this market, it is in close touch with the needs of its professional customers. An experienced and expert dealer, it is highly valued by both professionals and companies belonging to the sector.

AUSA has been marketing its products for years throughout the continent, although the difficult social and economic situation faced by many of the African countries has often made it difficult. In spite of this, the Maghreb and Mediterranean coastal countries have been choosing AUSA vehicles for years, although lately the strongest demand has been coming from the most southern nation in the continent, South Africa.

In recent years, South Africa has experienced significant growth in its economy. The country is immersed in an economic revival without precedent, mainly due to the rise in the prices of raw materials and increased worldwide demand, along with the World Cup Soccer Championship and the immigration phenomenon, which has provided the country with an abundance of workers. All of this has allowed AUSA to consolidate its presence and prestige in the country, thanks to the proven experience of BOBCAT SOUTH AFRICA.

At present, the Spanish company is best known in the country for its line of dumpers, although it now plans to focus its efforts on promoting all-terrain and telescopic forklifts, for which the Export Manager of AUSA, Josep Soler, foresees a bright and promising future. He explains that AUSA is perceived by the professional South African as a quality product, capable of offering productivity and now, “with the backing of our distributor, one that can also offer excellent after-sales service".

Taking advantage of AUSA’s new course in South Africa, an open house day was held and, in addition to the attendance of customers and professionals from the sector, there was a strong media turnout and extensive coverage was given to the demonstrations offered at the event.
