The training sessions covered the full line of New Holland Construction products and focused on giving participants hands-on experience of their competitive advantages through a combination of classroom and field sessions. Product marketing managers and product managers from New Holland’s manufacturing plants presented the performance and customer benefits of each product.
The field sessions were devoted to giving participants first-hand experience of the competitive edge of New Holland equipment. The students were able to test their skills on a set of obstacle courses. A wide variety of New Holland and competitive machines were made available for the participants to evaluate. The competitive field tests were followed by classroom discussion on each product.
