On June 28^th, awarding ceremony for the 4^th China Top 100 Advanced Enterprise Education Units was grandly held in Beijing Shanxi Plaza, and Yuchai won the title of China Top 100 Advanced Enterprise Education Units for the 3^rd time.

More than 100 representatives around China came to the ceremony, on which honorable rewards such as China Top 10 Enterprise Leaders, China Top 10 Teaching Entrepreneurs, China Demonstrative Bases of Enterprise Education, China Top 100 Advanced Enterprise Education Units and China Top 100 Enterprise Education Trainers were awarded.

The election of China Top 100 Advanced Enterprise Education Units was sponsored by the Economic and Trade Commission Training Offices and State-Owned Assets Management Committee Cadre Education Offices in 22 provinces and autonomous regions, aiming at providing successful training modes and experiences for the enterprises to promote the establishment and completion of enterprise training system and mechanism, strengthen the school-enterprise and school-school cooperation, and establish the connection platform for supply and demand of talents.

The company has established completed training management system and played an active role in building four training columns of Basic Training, Skill Training, Quality Training and Learning Training, opening various training activities of many types.
