In order to improve the maintenance quality and service level, Anhui Jianghuai Yinlian Heavy-Duty Construction Machine Co., Ltd. (Jianghuai Heavy-Duty Company for short) decided to hold Attentive Service and Heartful Care—JAC Forklift Quality Service Travel (Northern China Stop) activity to directly know more about the customers to provide convenient, timely and reliable service so as to meet the customers’ demands and further enhance the brand image of JAC forklift.

On May 20^th, Quality Service Team of Jianghuai Heavy-Duty set off from Hefei. The team was led by Jianghuai Heavy-Duty Marketing Company and consisted by the core staff from Technological Service Department, quality engineer, technological director and staff from matching test instruments. Local sales manager will cooperate with the team during the whole travel.

On 22^nd, the team arrived at stone material market in Jining. Due to the special working environment of stone material, the performance and the maintenance of the special forklifts for stones are quite important. Relying on the outstanding performance-price-ratio and excellent service, Jianghuai occupied 40% market share on this stone material market. The stone processing plant was surprised for the quality service team’s coming. They actively expressed their opinions and showed their appreciation on the activity that Jianghuai Heavy-Duty laid emphasis on the demands of end-users and assign technical staff to conduct direct market service. after communicating with the customers and conducting on-spot measurements, the technical staff explained the notes of forklift in the process of transporting stone materials according to the features of weight and single fork using frequency, and dealt with several problems excluding the Three Guarantees on spot. This made the directors so moved that they said JAC forklifts would be the first choice in the later forklift purchase.

There are a lot of fruit and cold storage industries, thus electric forklifts led a dominant position in the fruit industry due to the industry features. As the effective use time of an electric forklift is a little short, the service team walked into fruit enterprises to explain the common maintenance knowledge such as equalization charging and distilled water filling of the chargers and the matching of the chargers. Aiming at the problems, the team taught the customers how to conduct equalization charging on site. Meanwhile, they elaborated some other maintenance methods about electric forklifts, including the daily maintenance and safety codes when using battery and at last presented some elements that were easy to be damaged.

The warm and sincere attitude of the team made the travel greatly succeed. This has encouraged the confidence of all the team members, showing that they will provide more attentive service for the customers in the next service travel.
