As Linde (China) 15^th year anniversary, it will continue to promote the idea of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and hold Green Purchasing Seminar across China.

May 17^th, 2008, Linde (China) held a big event in Suzhou. Events include “Green Purchasing” seminar, which cooperated with China Association of Environmental Protection Industry and British Standard Institute (BSI), and other fun, exciting games for approximately 600 Suzhou customers and their family members.

During this event, the Head of Suzhou Environmental Protectioin Association, Mr. Chen Tiemin, gave speech about supporting, encouraging and appreciating Linde’s effort on protecting our environment by paying close attention through the EHS.

Mr. CP Quek, CEO of Linde (China), expressed that “Linde (China) is proud to cooperate with China government. At the main time, environmental protection is everyone’s responsibility and everyone should give concern about Environment, Health, and Safety. Therefore, Green Purchasing has a high efficient on reducing energy use, and it also protects people’s health.”

Professional lecturer from BSI and Linde (China) educated all the guests Green Purchasing and how Linde combines its product with EHS. Additionally, Mr. Zhang Lingjun from Canadian Solar Inc. also shared their company’s experience of forklift truck green Purchasing.
