Recently, under the efforts of working staff in Anhui Heli National Enterprise Technology Center Pilot Test Base and designers from the Institutes, fully-hydraulic synchronous steering system was successfully tested on Heli ICE forklifts. It is the first time for this technology to breakthrough applying on forklift steering system in China.

Fully-hydraulic synchronous steering is one important composition of forklift SAS active stabilization system. Through applying fully-hydraulic synchronous steering device, the steering wheel knob and the tire will always be kept at the fixed positions, realizing 100% positioned steering rate with smaller turning radius in actual operations, settling the inconsistency steering angles of rear wheel and steering wheel and making the maneuver more exact and comfortable.

The successful test of this technology will further improve the safety performance and competitive capacity of Heli forklifts.
