(June 13, 2008) – JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) company and the world's leading producer of access equipment, has received a delivery order valued at $10.3 million for additional JLG® ATLAS telescopic material handlers under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract. The order for 72 ATLAS telehandlers, to be delivered over a six-month period, was awarded by the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM).

Since 1997, the ATLAS telehandlers have proven their reliability in a variety of applications, and through all types of environments including mud, sand, water, and other rough terrain. Over 2,300 ATLAS machines have been fielded throughout the world. While many of them go into combat areas, the ATLAS has also been used in the Hurricane Katrina disaster relief efforts, the Indonesian tsunami clean up, and other international relief efforts.
