On April 18^th, 2008, the foundation ceremony for Doosan Hope Primary School was held in Guoluo Village, Niuchang Town, Zhijin County, Guizhou Province. This is the first hope primary school donated and constructed by Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. (DICC for short) in Guizhou.

DICC donated RMB250,000 Yuan in one time for the construction and rebuilding of classroom and other office facilities. Local government invested 140,000 Yuan as the follow-up development fund of the school. Relative leaders such as Zhijin Government, Chairman of DICC Chengdu Branch, the General Manager of Guizhou Sonyu as an excellent dealer and some customer representatives of Doosan excavator took part in the foundation ceremony, and donated 17,750 Yuan on spot to help the needy students.

The foundation and establishment of Guoluo Doosan Hope Primary School will not only improve the education conditions of local students, but also upraise the life enthusiasm of local villagers, filling them with beautiful hope for the future of the next generation.

In 2008, DICC have totally donated RMB 750,000 Yuan to construct three hope primary schools in Guizhou, Anhui and Guangxi, further carrying forward Doosan’s concept of Thankful China, Moving Together.
