On April 26^th, Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. held 2007 A/S Vehicle Delivery Ceremony for Excellent Dealer in Yantai Plant.

Doosan Infracore, who created the highest annual sales record in 2007, kept No.1 market share in 6 successive years and stayed to win most customers’ satisfaction for five straight years, held annual meeting of dealers in Busan in Korea in January, 2008, agreeing to present service vehicles to 25 excellent dealers who gained outstanding achievements in terms of comprehensive evaluation, sales growth, market share, customers’ satisfaction and A/S service. In order to commend the performance of the dealers in previous year and to encourage and support the dealers to open after-sales service more smoothly, Doosan Infracore specially held this A/S Vehicle Delivery Ceremony.

In Chinese market of excavators with more and more fierce competitions, high-quality and differentiate service have become the main factors considered when customers purchase products. To adjust such market atmosphere, Doosan Infracore put forward series of service strategies such as Guarantee System of Handling Faults within 24 Hours and Periodical Site Inspection System within 8,000 Hours. In 2008, the company will continue to promote the construction of SAN150 (Service Assurance Network 150Km) so as to lay more sound foundation for the fulfillment of handling faults within 24 hours.

On the ceremony, the General Manager of Doosan Infracore said: “Doosan has set sales goal of 13,500 sets in 2008. We hope to enhance our market competition on the basis of mutual trust between Doosan and the dealers and through offering more rapid and warm service for the customers to realize win-win.” Meanwhile, the General Manager also showed his expectation on the dealers to ensure the service capacity of DISD loaders soon.
