MerloMobility is the new computerized system for vehicle fleet management that ensures real time location of several vehicles via Gps, and makes it possible to monitor the most significant vehicle parameters, to receive and process alarms, as well as to send commands for event management.

MerloMobility transmits information via the Gsm/Gprs/Umts wireless network and the Internet, while the system can be accessed and used via the Web; there is no need to install complex software, since an ordinary Internet browser can access all system functions from either a computer or a PDA. The system ensures both security and access control, that are fundamental requirements for data transmissions via the Internet.

A detailed cartographical representation makes it possible to monitor the position of the vehicle and the movements it makes in a given period of time.

Alarm and event control

If the vehicle has either carried out improper manoeuvres or entered restricted areas, an alarm is generated and sent to the registered user via the Web, e-mail or an sms message.

Data processing and management

All the important information regarding vehicles is stored in a database and can be easily accessed via the Internet website, by using either automatic or customized search keys. Data can be exported in an Excel format too.
