John Dyne, of Dyne Solicitors Limited, said: "It is vital that operators should be aware of the risks of prosecution for both employers and drivers as a result of an insecure load, which carry maximum fines ranging from £5,000-£
"To secure a criminal conviction, it is not even necessary for the prosecution to prove a load has actually shifted, let alone fallen from a vehicle."

The seminar costs £23.50 per person, with a 50 per cent discount for each additional person from the same organisation. Light refreshments will be provided.
The event will be repeated on 29 November at the same time and venue.
