Operation Manual of Side Shifter
I. Functions & Applications
Side shifter is the most common attachment installed in forklift, allowing side shifting of 100mm both leftward and rightward for the goods on the forklift fork, which is convenient to pickup and stack the goods, thus greatly improves the flexibility and moving efficiency of the forklift. It is suitable for various occasions using forklift for moving and stacking.
II、Structural Characteristics

1、Cylinder and hook are integrated into a component, saving room and greatly widening the field of view of side shifter.
2、Fast and conveniently installed, side shifter can be connected directly to the forklift fork.
3、Double-headed piton rod cylinders are adopted to guarantee that both the left and right cylinder share the same thrust force and speed.
4、Wear-resistant nylon-material sliding is chosen for the slide bearing to ensure smooth movement.
5、The device is efficient and safe to use, simple and convenient to maintain, and easy to operate as well.
6、The whole device has been finished with baking varnish.
