In March 2017, two units of the new series of Konecranes reach stackers were successfully delivered to Tianjin China Railway International Container Co., Ltd. in Tianjin.
 
The two reach stackers ordered by China Railway are the new SMV 4531TC5 type container reach stackers. The new reach stacker series is powered by a wide range of powerful Volvo engines with EU stage 3 and US EPA Tier 3f. At the same time, the OPTIMA cabin brings the user outstanding spaciousness and superior visibility, and a range of extra equipment options. It makes operating the lift truck safe and efficient. The positioning of the control panel and action button improve operating ergonomics. It has been moved from the driver’s left side to the right, above the seat, where it is conveniently accessible. In addition, the new EMC Master with MD4 7” touch screen makes the cabin more spacious with its integrated solutions.

 
The successful delivery of the Konecranes equipment to China Railway in Tianjin is a good foundation for further supporting customers’ businesses in the railway industry.
