Cesab dealer service and quality recognised by asec

Netherlands-based Sanders Heftruck, Switzerland-based Arbor and the UK's Hitec Lift Trucks have all been awarded the After Sales Evaluation Certificate (ASEC) as part of a pilot programme at Cesab. Spanish dealership Automecanic Corbella is currently working towards certification and expected to achieve the same level in the coming months.
ASEC is a global quality initiative focussed on the continuous improvement of after sales service. The programme involves audits at distributor and dealer level, setting standards for dealers to achieve and ensuring added value can be constantly delivered to customers.
Cesab started participating in the ASEC scheme at the end of 2014, with Sanders Heftruck, Arbor and Hitec Lift Trucks selected as the first three dealerships for a pilot round.
Achille Casini, service market manager, Cesab Material Handling Europe: "ASEC delivers an absolute assurance to customers that a certified dealership will provide the highest levels of service, a commitment to quality and total efficiency.
"For dealerships ASEC has huge benefits, in differentiating them from the competition, building customer loyalty and giving everyone a guarantee that service and after sales care will not just be consistent but continually improve throughout the relationship."
