YANMAR acquires HIMOINSA

Due to the increasing demand for on-site power generators and cogeneration systems for the commercial and private sectors, this partnership will allow the two businesses to use their expertise in product development and business operations to strengthen distribution channels and deliver innovative solutions to customers worldwide.
Active in over 100 countries, HIMOINSA is a multi-national company specializing in the manufacture of energy systems. YANMAR’s relationship with HIMOINSA dates back to 2006, when it began supplying its diesel engines to be used in HIMOINSA generators.
This alliance will enhance the partnership the two companies have enjoyed through the years, and will improve YANMAR’s presence in the rapidly-growing global energy systems market. One of the company’s core pillars is to “harness power,” and through its cutting-edge technologies and services, YANMAR has been able to rapidly expand its operations outside of Japan by delivering unrivaled solutions designed to meet customers’ diverse needs.
