Jungheinrich Expands Board of Management

Hamburg—In its quest to further develop the Group’s strategy consistently, the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG decided in its meeting on May 19, 2015 to expand the company’s Board of Management. Dr. Oliver Lücke (48) shall take over the Board of Management’s technology mandate from Dr. Klaus-Dieter Rosenbach (56) as of July 1, 2015. With effect from this date, Dr. Rosenbach will be responsible for the newly created Logistics Systems Board mandate. This mandate will cover the entire Logistics Systems division—a field of business in which the Group will grow significantly and that is strongly driven by technology. Dr. Lücke is presently Head of the Norderstedt and Lüneburg factories.
