Cromer provides material handling equipment and materials, including forklifts, service and repair, warehouse racking systems in Northern California.
It employs nine people at its leased Stockton location, at 4884 Frontier Way. It will move to a former forklift dealership at 1813 Moffat Blvd. in Manteca that it owns.
The larger location will also accommodate Cromer's future growth, operations manager Todd Jepson said.
The company is in the process of hiring an additional technician for its San Joaquin County operation.
Besides its Oakland headquarters, the company also has a full-service location in Sacramento and a repair-only facility in Santa Rosa. Overall, it employs about 45 people.
After double-digit revenue growth in 2011 and 2012, Cromer has seen that go to 5 percent so far this year, Jepson said. Sales in the Stockton-Manteca area have been flat.
