Hamburg—The member of the Board of Management responsible for the Sales Division, Dr. Helmut Limberg, has stepped down as member of the Board of Management of Jungheinrich AG with effect as of November 15, 2013. The Supervisory Board very much regrets the departure of Dr. Limberg and expresses its gratitude for his years-long and valuable contribution to the company’s success as well as for his outstanding commitment. The Supervisory Board has entrusted the Chairman of the Board of Management, Mr. Hans-Georg Frey, with the temporary management of the Sales Division in addition to his other responsibilities.
