On October 10, 2013, Xiamen University of Technology (XUT) and Linde FLT "National Engineering Practical Education Center" awarding ceremony was held in Xiamen. Linde (China) Forklift Truck Corp., Ltd. and XUT has established a partnership and has signed a cooperative training agreement for undergraduate and graduate since 2011. Experts from Linde FLT has participated in discussion of XUT’s college training plan, training mode, school-enterprise cooperation and other issues many times, directly involved in the process of personnel training, carried out a series of cooperation projects. At the ceremony, Mr. Chen Wenzhe, President of XUT and Mr. Ching Pong Quek, CEO of Linde (China) delivered a speech respectively, meanwhile, Mr. Ching Pong Quek was also awarded the title of XUT Guest Professor.
 
The establishment of National Engineering Practical Education Center further promotes the school-enterprise cooperation, provides a new platform for cultivating talents, it is also an important milestone for Linde FLT. Through the platform, the use of corporate senior professionals and advanced factory environment will cultivate outstanding talent for society, fulfilling corporate social responsibility. Moreover, theoretical knowledge instructors and resources from school will be led into the enterprise, contributes to the enterprise's personnel training, science and technology.
