Recently, Economic and Information Technology Commission of Lu’an city reports that NBO Group has been identified as the first set of major technical equipment in 2013 of Anhui Province, after  Provincial Economic Commission and Provincial Finance Bureau had organized experts to audit all cities’ applications , which fully embodies the NBO Group's independent innovation capability.
 
According to report, the number of identified as Anhui Province's first sets of major technical equipments are 46 in the year of 2013. Among them, Lu'an city has three enterprises: Anhui Zhengguo Electrical Technology Co., Ltd (Low-voltage Distribution Box RIDB-315/2-N), Anhui Forestry Machinery Group Co., Ltd (JKY60/60-4.0 Vacuum Extruder) and Anhui NBO Machinery Group Engineering Vehicles Co Ltd CYX80 Excavator.
 
Enhancing the overall level of the equipment manufacturing industry and enterprise core competitiveness, the key is the development of independent intellectual property rights and the promotion of technical progress to increase their visibility,  strengthen confidence index of entrepreneurs and improve their market share. First sets identified as major technical equipments, is designed to encourage development of enterprises with independent intellectual property rights. High technology content enhances the overall level of equipment manufacturing industry and enterprise core competitiveness  in our province, promotes strategic emerging industries to accelerate development, industrial structural adjustment and development mode.
 
According to the provincial introduced relevant documents, Anhui first sets of major technical equipments are through original innovation, integrating innovation or introducting and absorbing technology, and then innovating, which  in principle, structure, performance and other aspects have a significant breakthroughs.
 
Integrating mechanical, electrical, auto control technology as a whole, with independent intellectual property core technology and independent brands, which has significant energy saving and low (zero) emission characteristics. And the users provide technical equipment initial use, a single piece of equipment or key components.
 
The products meet the national industrial policy and industrial development planning requirements of Anhui Province, and the major technical equipment has been included in development plans or annual implementation plan. The set of equipment' s price is 100 million yuan, a single piece of equipment is more than 500,000 yuan, and the key components is  200,000 yuan or more.
