Steve joins the company with over 16 years of experience in the materials handling industry. Beginning work with B&B this month, he will be responsible for customers in the North West of the UK, Yorkshire and Ireland. This will aid the current sales force in providing national coverage, and will contribute to the team's collective experience in the industry, which currently stands at over 100 years.

Steve's career in the industry began when he worked for a UK attachment company, occupying a range of roles during his 13 years there. He then moved on to a Sales Executive position at a materials handling business, where he worked prior to joining B&B.

Sales Director Neal Fowler enthuses about Steve's appointment, and explains how his experience will benefit B&B's customers:

"I'm delighted to have Steve on board with us. His various positions within the attachment industry and years of experience in materials handling equipment sales allow him to provide a wider level of understanding to our customers. As we work predominantly with the forklift industry, it's great to have a salesperson who understands our customers' position first-hand. I believe he'll deliver a high calibre of service because of this."

During his time at B&B, Steve will be responsible for growing the company's presence in the North West, Yorkshire and Ireland. He will also manage some key accounts, ensuring long-standing contracts are as happy as the new ones.

Steve looks forward to getting started in his new role:
"I can't wait to take on a new challenge, and see what difference I can make within B&B. I'm glad to be re-joining the attachment industry- it's very varied and can service so many different industries. No two days will be the same! In the coming months, I'll look forward to familiarising myself further with some of B&B's own products too, to extend my knowledge further.

B&B Attachments specialise in the sale and hire of forklift truck attachments, both nationwide and internationally. They also have their own in-house design team, who create bespoke products for customers. Alongside the provision of attachments, B&B has an after sales team, who arrange the regular servicing and repairs of attachments once they are with the customer.
