Hyster Company Unveils New Heavy Duty Lift Truck Series at AISTech 2013 for Demanding Applications
转载 2013-05-16 11:18 Hyster Source:HysterHyster Company unveiled its new H360-36/48HD lift truck series at this week’s 2013 AISTech 2013 Exposition. The new series is designed to meet the most demanding applications, such as pipe handling, general and crated cargo, break bulk, lumber, steel and concrete.
The Hyster® H360-36/48HD series features durable components built around a well-integrated powertrain, an all-new heavy duty front end and excellent all-around visibility. The truck is engineered for easy service while offering up to 20 percent lower fuel consumption than found in leading competitive products. Two models are available. The Hyster® H360-36HD delivers 36,000 lbs. of lifting capacity at a 36-inch load center and the Hyster® H360-48HD provides 36,000 lbs. of lifting capacity at a 48-inch load center.
Hyster has teamed with Cummins to deliver a well-integrated powertrain solution optimized to deliver maximum productivity, excellent fuel consumptions, low emissions and a long service life. The Cummins QSB 6.7L 6 Cylinder Diesel engine delivers 164 horsepower and 540 foot pounds of torque. This engine solution features cooled EGR technology and a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) in an EPA Tier 4i-compliant package that does not require the use of a DPF or DEF (urea), saving time and money. Innovative heavy-duty and economy performance modes offer excellent fuel economy while maximizing productivity.
The H360-36/48 series comes equipped with Hyster’s On-Demand load-sensing hydraulic system with Variable Displacement Pump Technology. This innovative hydraulic system delivers hydraulic flow only when needed to lift a load. In conventional fixed displacement systems, oil is pumped whether hydraulic load demands increase or not. The Hyster On-Demand system introduces an efficient way to meet the truck’s hydraulic load demands, saving fuel and producing less heat. Also, oil and filters last longer, as do hoses and seals due to the lower temperatures.
