Chu Jiwang, President of Ningbo Ruyi Joint Stock Co., Ltd, has always been showing his big-heart to his employees who are not only provided with generous treatment, but also offered comfortable environment, in addition, whose mental health are being cared all the time. In order to make all the Ruyi people feel happy and keep healthy, President Chu organizes various meaningful activities every year, such as physical examinations, traveling, and kinds of lectures and so on.

In recent days, Ruyi has held two lectures, all of which are beneficial to the people’s health. One is on the evening of April 24th, with the theme of the Prevention of the Women’s Common Diseases and Health Care. The other is on the afternoon of April 25th, the title of which is the Training of Preventing the Occupational Disease. Both of the lectures are held for the health of Ruyi people.

Although they are just two lectures, we can benefit a lot from them. As is widely acknowledged, precaution is significant. Terrible as the diseases are, we can escape from them through many ways. For example, do some early prevention, and then we can find the pathological changes as early as possible. Both of the speakers underlined the following points in their speech: self-examination, early examination and treatment. Just as Mrs. Wang Min has said in her lecture, 60% of one’s health and lift length depends on the person himself/herself. So we should care more about ourselves. Only in this way, we can be happier and own a harmonious family.

President Chu’s view of life value is as follows: “The lucky chance in the reformation changes my poverty. I hope all the families are in good situation, so that there are no regrets in my deep heart.” In his opinion, only the employees can settle down stably and live in a harmonious condition, will he be free from guilty as a paterfamilias.
