The BT Lifter Silent and the BT Levio Silent forklifts are TMHE’s quiet material handling solutions, labelled with the Quiet Mark 2013
Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) helps customers build a reliable, sustainable and profitable business by day or by night. To better support and encourage night-time distribution – a proven energy efficient system of delivery – TMHE created the BT Lifter LHM230 Silent and the BT Levio LWE200 Silent. These outstanding trucks wear the Quiet Mark 2013 seal of approval for their abilities to maximise productivity, with minimum noise.
Keeping the standard level of Toyota quality, the BT Lifter Silent hand pallet truck and the BT Levio Silent powered pallet truck have been fitted with additional sound absorbing materials that reduce vibrations to suit after-hours and residential area goods supply. They operate at a volume of less than 60 decibels – roughly the sound of a conversation. Fast and highly proficient in loading and unloading, they lift up productivity, without negatively affecting the living standards of a community.
“Having the Quiet Mark logo on our pallet trucks today is an achievement: they count among the quietest products in the industry. It is a recognition of our efforts to reduce noise pollution by offering silent solutions, supporting 24-hour material handling in full respect of the environment and society,“ says Craig Walby, Director Product Management at Toyota Material Handling Europe.
