On November 12, 2012, the 6th Session of the 10th Board Meeting, sponsored by China Forklift Company and co-held by Chinaforklift.com (www.chinaforklift.com, English version: www.forkliftnet.com) was grandly held at Guangzhou Customs Conference Center at Shamian Street in Guangzhou.

Meng Xiangting, the Chairman of Board of China Forklift Co., Ltd. and Dalian Forklift Co., Ltd. presided the meeting, on which Lu Daming the Director General of CITA Council made an address. He firstly showed the import and export data analysis on the different types of forklifts at home and abroad, and then put forward the requirements that the matching parts manufacturers to cooperate with the forklift manufacturers to develop differentiated products through applying delicacy management so as to improve the product quality and company management.

Deputy Director of the State Construction Machinery Supervision and Test Center Li Tiesheng reviewed the development of construction machinery industry. He prospected the industry future and analyzed the developing opportunities of the industry from the angle of national macro policies.

Zhao Jiming, the General Manager of China Forklift Company retrieved the development history of the company in the past thirty years.

On 11:30 a.m., the board members of China Forklift Company and the guests from the matching parts manufacturers took a group photo together.

During the meeting in the afternoon, all the attendees delivered speeches and discussed with each other. Wang Liang, the Vice General Manager of Anhui Heli Joint Stock Co., Ltd. firstly reviewed the development history of Heli forklifts and shared the comparisons on the sales situation of HELI forklifts in 2011 and 2012. Through the data analysis, he elaborated the status of HELI, and said that Heli should put more emphasis on the interior management and development of core parts in the coming years. Mr. Wang also explained the present situation of Heli, and pointed out that Heli would reinforce the operation and efficiency management, carry on the construction of sales network, enhance the serve ability and insist on regulatory and sincere operation so as to better serve the customers.

Chief Financial Officer of Zhejiang Hangcha Group Xu Lida introduced the development history of Hangcha, and suggested all the attendees to thank for the efforts and support for the General Manager of China Forklift Company Zhao Jiming in these years. He said that the development of Hangcha greatly relied on the support of the dealers and distributors. He advised the forklift manufacturers to clear their positions and clarify the market changes. Besides on keeping good relationships with dealers and distributors, the manufacturers should also notice the changes on the market to make adjustments according to the changes, avoid the homogenization competition of the products and forbid the price war.

Chen Lie, the Vice General Manager of Forklift Department in Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. made a report on the strategic development of LiuGong forklifts in the future. According to his report, as most of the factories of accessories and parts were located in the area of Yangtze River Delta, the delivery of LiuGong forklifts was thus limited. What LiuGong was going to do would be further enlarging the production and development of forklift parts to optimize the product structure so as to enhance the quality of the forklifts, especially of those electric forklifts, LiuGong made a move to establish a sales company in Shanghai to sell forklifts in the area of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. There was a plan to establish another sales company around Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, through which way LiuGong would consolidate the customer bases and improve the after sales service.

Jiangsu Jingjiang Forklift Co., Ltd. had attended the board meeting held by China Forklift Company in successive 13 years. After reviewing the historical development of Jingjiang Forklift, Chairman of the Board of Jingjiang Forklift Lu Ming analyzed the current market situation targeting at the excess capacity and price war, and pointed out that the forklifts on domestic market were out of uniqueness while against the excess capacity, price war became the way for the medium and small enterprises to hold their competitive advantages. He declared that although the company went through great reforms in the past years, Jingjiang would go along the direction of developing new forklift products, and put more attention on the manufacturing of electric forklifts.

Zhang Chaohui, the General Manager of YTO (Luoyang) Transportation Machinery Co., Ltd. made a brief speech, saying that although the production volume in YTO was only 2000 sets per year, YTO would continue to develop new types of forklifts by following the mode of developing tractors. General Manager Zhang expressed his hope to keep the passion on developing innovative products and persisting on enhance the product quality while hold the price to the normal level. He emphasized that he would keep touch with the board members to prolong their friendship.

Shang Pinghe, the Vice General Manager of Zhejiang Xinchai Co., Ltd. shared the achievements of Xinchai in these years and conducted a working report briefly.

Tang Yalin, the Director of Marketing Department in Cascade (Xiamen) Forklift Truck Attachment Co., Ltd. clarified the news that Toyota would acquire the administrative department of Cascade Corporation in America. He said that it had been 25 years ever since Cascade entered Chinese market in 1987. Though being acquired by Toyota, Cascade would continue to operate independently in the future development. In the working report, Director Tang indicated that the fork factory in Hebei had been put into production, of which the products were mainly exported to Europe with stable product quality while the high-end attachments for the construction machinery were not manufactured in China yet. Loaders and attachments on the loaders made in China were mainly sold in the developed countries, and Cascade would bring in more high-end attachment to produce and sell in domestic China.

Yang Guoxiong, the General Manager of Wuhan Xinhengtong Axle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Tang Wei, the General Manager of Changsha Jinying Machinery & Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. delivered short speeches on the meeting.

In the end of the meeting, Meng Xiangting, the Chairman of Board of China Forklift Co., Ltd. and Dalian Forklift Co., Ltd. made a conclusion and the meeting was closed successfully.
