From October 17 to 18, Employee Skill Competition held by the Fujian Provincial Unions and Provincial Tobacco Corporation came to a success in Ningde, this competition was the highest level, the widest range with the largest number of participants in the history, leaders from Provincial Tobacco Corporation and Provincial Bureau of Labor attended the competition.
 
In order to test forklift operator practical skills from cities, Linde electric forklift truck E16C was used due to its energy saving and efficient. The competition was divided into three parts which were obstacle handling, wide cargo to enter narrow door and forklift truck pile up plate, forklift operators’ daily skills and efficiencies in tobacco logistics distribution tasks would be told through these contents. Participants fully showed their skills in the competition. Besides the skill competition, logistics theoretical knowledge and delivery services were also covered. The first prize went to skilled Mr. Lin Shunlong from Quanzhou Tobacco Company. In the closing ceremony, chief referee from Jiangsu Province commented like this:” This kind of competition is conductive to further enhance the professional ability and work skills of Fujian Tobacco Business Logistics.”
 
Tobacco Logistics has developed rapidly in the past few years, the forklift truck equipment is markedly effective importance in tobacco logistics distribution.
