The 11th Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition & Seminar (BICES 2011) was grandly opened in Bejing Jiuhua International Exhibition Center on October 18. It was informed that the BICES 2011, lasting for four days, was the most influential construction machinery exhibition with the largest scale in Asian Pacific area in this year. Sunward’s stand S101was located in the south square in the outdoor exhibition zone with an exhibition area of nearly 1500 square meters. The arrangement of the stand had passed downed the simple and delicate style, focusing on exhibiting the 37 types of products in various fields including the pile-driving machinery, excavators, hoisting machinery, road machinery, industrial vehicles and general aviation. Compared with the past attendance at BICES 2011, Sunward’s exhibition area was the largest, with exhibited products the most in number and the most complete in categories.

At the BICES 2011, Sunward would exhibit their piling machineries represented by SWDM series of rotary drilling rig, SWSD box auger driller and bolt driller with multiple functions, fully indicating the sound power of development and technology breakthroughs of Sunward. It was on Bauma Shanghai 2010 that the exhibition of SWSD2512 box auger driller as the sharp weapon to drilling the rocks with a large diameter and high efficiency had gained the concerns from the industry. This year, Sunward added such a new member into the pile-driving machinery that the SWSD3618 box auger driller was firstly introduced to the market through the exhibition at BICES 2011 together with other new products such as SWMD97 multi-functional bolt driller and SWDM04 rotary drilling rig.

On the past exhibitions, the demonstration of the equipments from the exhibited enterprises was always the vital part to arouse the atmosphere of the whole exhibition. Sunward this time demonstrated its star product—SWEROB intelligent excavator to the visitors. On the site, Sunward also arranged special interactive game to simulate the on-site rescue situation. In the demonstration area, there would be a simulation of disasters, under which situation the SWEROB intelligent excavator carried out rescue work in a remote way to explode the Yanse Lake to rescue the villages in the downstream. This activity could not only lead the visitors on the spot to fully experience the high technology and high efficiency of Sunward’s products, but also ingeniously present the response speed and rescue efficiency of Sunward’s equipment in the emergency rescue situation. The intense simulated rescue performance aroused the interests of the visitors who cheered in chorus. This game was said to thoroughly break the traditional demonstration mode of equipment, innovatively showing the role of construction machinery played in the emergency rescue and complying in a better way with the theme of BICES 2011 to cal for humanist and industrial responsibility.

In the Emergency Rescue Equipment Exhibition Zone, Sunward also exhibited their skid steer loaders and “FEIYAN” unmanned aerial vehicle. As the National Economic Promotion Center as well as the key manufacturing enterprise for emergency rescue equipment in Hunan Province, Sunward made full use of the technologies and experiences accumulated in various fields to develop series of quality equipments, which rendered meritorious services in numbers of emergency rescues. During BICES 2011, Sunward held the introduction conference for the fundamental equipment, hoisting machinery and road machinery.
