I recently bought a SDJA 1000 stacker from a local dealer in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

 The second time we used the stacker, it would not lower from about 1.2m above floor after we lifted a metal table of not more than 300kg. We were left with no option but to loosen what we thought was the release valve just to lower the table seen that the transport vehicle we rented could not wait longer. Unfortunately the  thread and ball bearing housing inside the black hydraulic box were damaged in the process.

 This is such a useful machine and I would like to repair it. Could I please order a new box from your company. The machine has been standing at the dealer where we bought it for four weeks without any repairs.

Please help.
