Good news from Baoji Heli Forklift Plant: the 10,000th forklift rolled down the assembly line on November 11th, 2010. The technical staff ornamented the newly launched forklift with delicate embroidery before the truck slowly rolled off the line.  

As an important part of equipment manufacturing in Baoji city, forklift manufacturing has been emphasized to be the focus of industrial development. Since the year 1959 when Baoji Heli Forklift Plant produced the first set of forklift, the company experienced an uneven developing process, who initially established its business in Dalian, then moved to Baoji, and finally cooperated with Anhui HELI Co., Ltd. after the reconstruction. As the launch of 10,000th forklift, it is the first milestone during its 55-year development history. At present, the output capacity of the plant reached to be the 20 times of that in 1998, and 10 times of that in 2001.  

From the beginning of 2010, Baoji Heli Forklift Plant actively took measures to face with the challenges resulting from the global financial crisis. Transferring the pressure to be power, the plant broke through its monthly production record of 1,000 sets in March, and had accomplished its production and sales task set for the first half year in May. According to the recorded results after the first ten-day period of November, the main economic indicators realized a year-on-year increase of 45%, completing in advance the goal of producing and selling 10,000 sets of forklifts made in the 11th Five-Year Plan of the company.
