Pallet Dawg Forklift Bumper Reduces Pallet Damage, Minimizes Waste
转载 2010-11-23 15:29 truckinginfo Source:truckinginfoA new forklift bumper from BST Technologies mounts on the carriage between the forks and bumps against the center runner on a pallet to minimize pallet damage during handling and cross-docking operations.
BST claims a 15-20 percent reduction in product damage, and 40-percent less pallet damage.
The lower inside edge of the Pallet Dawg is rounded to prevent the unit catching on dock plates and racking systems. Pallet Dawg is made of impact resistant nylon, and installs in minutes using just a 9/16-inch socket wrench. It's compatible with any class II forklift carriage.
