Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. ended their first customer in-process check successfully. This in-process check started from the January in 2010 and lasted for nearly one month, which officially ended on February 5th. The whole in-process check activity was going on as a present of the New Year from Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. to all the customers.

The in-process check activity was conducted simultaneously in five cities in China, including Yantai, Qingdao and Weifang in Shandong Province, Liaoning in Shenyang Province and Changchun in Jilin Province. In this activity, Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. appointed six after sales staff to visit the customers together with the personnel from the dealer network. It was recorded that they had inspected and maintained 192 sets of forklifts totally. They gave five training courses of on-site after sales staff and customer reception, and 20 trainees attended the courses. During the process of check, as the after sales staff from Doosan Infracore (China) found that there existed some irregular operational situation in some customers’ factory, they pointed out in time and conducted guidance for the correct operation, elaborating the dealing methods for some common faults in details.

Through this in-process check activity, Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. perfectly performed their principle of Customer Care and Endless Service, strengthening the trustable degree of customers toward Doosan brand products. Moreover, as the activity left warm care and consideration to the customers, Doosan and the dealers developed a number of potential customers. Additionally, based on the information obtained by the after sales personnel from the site, the factory managers could get the using information in-timely after the ex-factory of all the products, which was favorable for further improving the quality of Doosan forklifts.

In the future, Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. would cooperate with the dealers more closely and continued to conduct such kind of activity for serving the customers at a higher level.
