Logistics Sales Manager at OCME, Peter Walker, says "Now that we have set up a team dedicated to the LGV product line and the ability to advise on automated solutions for internal logistics, we want to introduce ourselves to other businesses from industries that may not necessarily use other products from OCME's range of filling, packing and palletizing lines, but nevertheless could benefit significantly from the use of LGV technology"
LGV's are an ever more common solution to reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of internal materials handling tasks. A modern system has the flexibility and reliability to manage and carry out a complete range of tasks, from simply carrying packaging or raw materials to a line, to complete management of line clearance and warehouse functions.
Guided by a laser guidance system there is no requirement for major civil works and areas of operation and paths can be changed with ease.
