Successful Closing of Jungheinrich's "Green Logistic, Healthy Future" Road Shows

In the scorching June and July, Jungheinrich, the world’s leading logistic equipment & service provider, held “Green Logistics, Healthful Future” road shows in high tone throughout China. With the keynote of green logistics, the activities were aimed to promote the pubic focus on the new energy-saving technology in the logistic industry and sustainable use of energy resources, and to offer the opportunity for professionals to discuss about the sustainable development outlook of Chinese logistic industry.

The road shows were frequently held in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, and Guangzhou. Besides publicizing the environmental protection concept of Jungheinrich Group, we marketed the new EFGn 2/3 series counterbalance forklifts with higher localization extent assembled in Jungheinrich’s plant in Qingpu Shanghai and the rental and used equipments business more applicable to current market demands. The road shows not only won the outstanding market feedback but also attracted more eyes from the industry on the high-quality and technologically advanced Jungheinrich forklift. Nearly 200 senior managers from the logistics & warehousing field of different industries attended the road shows in person and jointly discussed with Jungheinrich experts about the energy-saving and high-efficiency of material handling equipments and the environmental impact and protection measures of warehousing and distribution operations. These VIP guests came from the leading enterprises of different industries such as UPS, DHL, TNT, Coca-cola, KFC, NGS, Yum!, Watsons, Lotus, Braun, Shell, Semir, YCH, ABB, Kohler, Unilever, SEW, Sinotrans, Danfoss, K&N, Airbus, Sidel, Schneider, Bosch, Beijing Zhongchu, Huawei, Xtep, etc.

 

The new EFGn 2/3 series counterbalance forklifts released in the road shows not only boast of a shorter lead time for the local clients through the domestic assembly but also represents the breakthrough into the ergonomics, three-phase AC technology, curve control, traction control, brake system, user-friendly display design, etc in inheritance of Jungheinrich’s constant design philosophies of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and safety. EFGn 2/3 series are featured with higher utilization efficiency, thus can reduce the long-term cost, which well interprets our customer-oriented service concepts and our brand image of “Jungheinrich - well worthwhile”.

 

The market orientation and customer orientation approaches also provide Jungheinrich the continuous drive to master the customer demands and seek the innovations, which are fully demonstrated in the other two types of order pickers, EKS 210 and EKS 312 adopting new technologies. Among the new technologies, the advanced user-friendly operation system, wireless RFID technology, automatic warehouse navigation system and tailor-made design philosophy can improve the pick efficiency by up to 25%, thus deeply impressed and inspired the guests.
