Hubtex Wins Second FLTA Award for Ergonomics
转载 2009-03-30 09:40 MHW Source：MHWDespite strong competition, Hubtex are pleased to announce that they have won the 2009 FLTA Award for Ergonomics with their new Laminate Picking Platform. This prestigious award has been granted in recognition of the giant leap forward it has created in making life easier for operators who need to pick Laminate Sheets up to 4300mm x 1680mm in size.
The customer is IDS, based at their NDC in Nuneaton, who distribute very large quantities of worktops and laminate sheets throughout the UK.
The truck consists of a purpose built platform that can be removed, allowing the truck to then handle bulk stock. When connected, no driver is required in the cab as it is then driven by the operators on the platform.
This system allows the two operators to pick material at heights up to 10 metres in comfort and safety.
