In the first half year of 2008, Sany Group realized direct export of more than 200 million dollars and products were sold to 109 countries. On July 15th, Sany held 2008 First Half-Year Global Dealing Meeting and announced to continue the promotion of internationalization strategy.

Presently, Sany set branch companies in 13 countries and regions including Europe, South Africa, America, India, Russia, UAE, Middle Asia, Saudi Arab, Southeast Asia, South America, Ukraine, South Africa and Australia. Among them, the industrial park in India has finished the initial construction and American Manufacturing Base is under construction while several branch companies in Europe has finished the land expropriation in their own region. Sany’s 6S layout in the global world is propelling orderly.

To raise the market share of Sany products has been always the concern of General Managers in the branch companies. As introduced by the Vice-General Manager in Sany America Company, with the construction of public utilities in America, the pumping equipment market share of Sany has ranked to be Top 3 in America.

The General Manager from North Africa Company Zhang Zhongke led the team to promote the market share of Sany land levelers in Algeria to more than 10%. Sany has conduct sales in 8 countries among the 14 countries in North Africa while mixing equipment and concrete machinery has larger increase with diversified product sales. Based on this, North Africa Company is titled to be the No.1 in terms of international marketing work in Sany Group in the first half year, followed by Russia (Asia) Company completing 87.45% of yearly task as No.2 and UAE Company as No.3.

The construction of service system is still the key content of international marketing work. In the first half year of 2008, the international company appointed tens of service engineers and most of branch companies realized localization. For example, India Company established pre-inspection & fast pro-corresponding service mechanism as well as service consultancy mechanism, greatly improving the service ability.

In the first half year, Sany Group conducted 18 sessions of staff trainings and the general level of international marketing teams were largely improved. Sany is planning to focus on the development of dealer management, brand construction and staff localization in the second half year.
