In 1997, Shuangshi, taking lead in the chain line of business, was granted an ISO9002 certificate of conformity of product quality. Currently Shuangshi is dynamically endeavoring to acquire the new edition of ISO/TS16949 and ISO9000 certificates issued after China’s accession of the WTO. Meanwhile, the automotive chain has got the certificate of ISO9000. The company’s test center has been assessed by the provincial Technical Monitor Bureau as a class-2 measurement unit, which has perfect test equipment and a test system, such as 10,000 r.p.m. analogue operating mode wear testing machine and High-frequency fatigue chain testing equipment.

By the concept of reviving the enterprise through science and technology, ShuangShi developed for the company key technology and high-tech products with market value using world and domestic resources, which have filled up the gaps in home auto engine chain production. In 2000, by investing RMB20,000,000, Huzhou Qiujing Chain Transmission Ltd., was founded. It has a yearly output volume of 2 million meters of auto engine chains in specialized closed production using imported advanced equipment from Japan such as high speed precision punch, isothermal quench automatic assembly line, etc. The project has been honored as “National Key Hi－Tech Project”.
