Sichuan Hongguang Auto Machinery Electric Co., Ltd. is located in National Hi-Tech Development Western Zone, Chengdu city , Sichuan province in China. The total investment is US dollars 26.84 million and registered capital is US dollars 20.41 million. The total area is 88,671 M², building area is 60,000 M² and capital asserts is US dollars 14,46 million. Total employee is about 1,100.

In 1981, we began to develop and manufacture carburetors of Automobile and motorcycle. Now, we are the biggest manufacturer of Auto carburetors, and the one of biggest manufacturer of motorcycle and general small gasoline engine carburetors in China. The annual production capacity is two million units

In 1997, we began to develop the throttle body of EFI engine and became the biggest manufacturer of EFI Throttle body assembly. The annual capacity of throttle body assembly is 800 thousand units. But also we developed the motorcycle EFI throttle body of small displacement motorcycle in 1999. Up to today, we are the only one supplier of this kind product.

We always pay much attention to new product research and development. There are over 110 engineers. All products are developed and researched with CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE. We have the correlative examination machine for throttle body and carburetors R&D. We are able to do flow testing ,main /by-pass air flow testing, temperature aging testing, temperature humidity cycling testing and service life durability testing including linkage cycle, fuel exposure, corrosion, salt spray and vibration to meet OEM/ODM requirement.

As for the production and examination, we have automatic die-casting imported from TOYO in Japan, punching, CNC, special suppleness five /six axes, numerical control milling machine and all kinds of washing and testing equipment. On the other hand, we have first-class designing and manufacturing technic for chuck, fixture, holder, jig, special measuring implement, and mould,. Now Two CNC product lines have been built to manufacture EFI throttle body, which realized EFI throttle body to be machined under the precise process management control.

The engine that use our EFI throttle body are 368 ，376，462，465，474，475，479，491，495 ect. The main customers are DELPHI,UAES,CHANGAN GROUP (including CHANGAN SUZUKI,CHANGAN FORD)，SAIC CHERY，TIANJIN-FAW SAIC WULING ,BRILLIANCE GROUP etc.

With regard to the quality assurance system, we built an outstanding team who took charge of controlling and machinating the system to guarantee the product meeting our customer requirement according to the quality policy -providing satisfied products for the customers continuously in high quality and efficiency. In 1999, we had completed ISO9001 Quality System Qualification, and in December 2000, had a try to perform QS9000 inside. In June 2000, Delphi (China) Co., Ltd audited QS9000 Quality system. Then we acquired location supplier qualification, and at the same time, there were four types of throttle body assembly to pass the PPAP. Now we are try to complete ISO /TS 16949-2002 and QS9000 Quality system Qualification.

Since we came into joint-venture in 1995,we still go on cooperating with advanced company oversea ,such as DELPHI,UAES,MOTOROLA,SIEMENS VDO, to manufacture EFI throttle body of automotive and motorcycle in China by overhead innovation.
