Maoshun Sealing Element Industrial (Kunshan) Company Limited was established by the investment from Maoshun Sealing Element Industrial (Taiwan) Company Limited in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province in 2000. At the very beginning the products were mainly oil seals applied in motorcycle production as well as other rubber products, which were principally distributed to the domestic market, after the years of development, NAK products occupied a certain market share of the same trade, in addition, NAK products won a favorable reputation by its high quality and low price. Along with the progressive development, the company decided to adjust the operational decisions. The company went into the production and distribution of oil seals for industrial as well as automobile purpose, concurrently, started to explore overseas market positively. Furthermore, the company attaches importance to the qualitative control and the QS9000 certification has been passed on May 2002. 

Located in Nangang Industrial Park, Taiwan, Maoshun Sealing Element Scientific and Technological Limited Share Company was founded by the Director Zhengfu SHI in 1976, and the company passed the certification of MCS and ISO9002 certification in the year 1989 and 1994 respectively. Finally the company was listed and came to the market as the first professional sealing element manufactory on Jan 2002. 

The varieties of products at the beginning were mainly standard oil seals applied in the fields of automobile and industrial works, then continuously put forward the O-shape-ring（O RING）, O-shape-ring assembly（ORING KITS）, Huasi oil seal（BOUNDED SEALS）, dust boot（C.V.JOINT BOOTS), V-shape oil seal（V SEALS）, valve oil seal（VALVE STEM SEALS）, O-shape ring cord（O RING CORDS）, and the products produced by the combination of the overseas technical cooperation were listed as follows such as  piston oil seal（PISTON SEALS）, PU oil seal（POLYURETHANE SEALS）,anti-pressure oil seal（HYDRAULIC SEALS）, P.T.F.E oil seal（P.T.F.E. SEALS）, oil seals for farming machine（AP SEALS）and oil seals for wheel hubs （ST SEALS）.
