Shenyang Northeast Foundry was built in 1984 and rebuilt in another two places in 2004 & 2006. Now it has been made into a specializing foundry with middling scale. The factory covers an area of 60000 m² with a building area of 34000 m² .The annual production capacity is 20000 tons of steel and ductile iron castings, also 20000 tons of counter weight with furan resin sand mold. The 5 tons and 3 tons medium frequency furnace with domestic advanced level. We produce steel castings with a technical of Sand Faced Permanent Molding, ductile iron castings with a technical of Alkalescent Phenol-Formaldehyde (PF) resin. It can supply various grade gray iron, alloy iron and high strength, high elongation ductile iron castings (including ADI products) and steel castings.

The products that have gained the customers’ credit standing and favorable comment for many years are fully exported to foreign countries, such as Japan, European & American countries, etc.

The factory equips advanced and perfect inspection equipments including F20 Direct-reading Spectrograph introduced from Italy,NSP-500OCS Carbon Equivalent On-the–spot Rapid Test Meter introduced from Japan, HX1-4BS Carbon-sulfur Rapid Union Analysis Meter and Metallurgical Microscope, 100 tons Universal Testing Machine,60 tons Universal Strength Machine,150/300J Impact Test Machine, Hardness Tester, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector. These equipments can provide credible information for casting material and internal quality. At the same time, we have a technical people with high, middle level, advanced craft technology and equipment and high efficient scientific managing system to ensure the quality of products. The Quality Managing System has passed the BSI 9001:2000 Authentication of England since 2000.
